Your consultation is an on-site working session, not a sales pitch. We walk your yard with you and look at the things that shape a design: how the lot slopes, where the sun hits in July, which doors you'll walk out of, and what you want the outdoor space to do. We measure while we're there, and we bring material samples — composite decking colors look different in Carolina sun than on a screen.

You'll get honest, straightforward input on materials and budget on the spot: where composite earns its cost over wood, whether a pergola or a screened porch better fits how you'll use the space, and where a design change saves real money. From there we produce a design with real dimensions and a materials plan, so you can see the project and understand the cost before anything is built.
